Hi, I’m Lainy!

After more than 20 years in education, I’ve learned that leadership can be both incredibly rewarding and terribly lonely. I created The Rainy Chapter to remind educators, administrators, and book lovers that even the hardest seasons eventually lead to growth.

Through thoughtful happy mail, stickers, bookmarks, affirmation cards, and seasonal collections, my goal is to build a community where people feel seen, encouraged, and connected.
